A training program for everyone

At Eight Advisory Avocats, training begins in the first few days, with the appointment of a mentor: a more experienced associate responsible for supporting the new joiner in joint assignments, developing skills and integrating into the firm.

All of our associates also benefit from the close involvement of our Partners in their daily work, in order to optimize the transfer of expertise and learning process.

In addition to day-to-day learning, we offer our associates specific training courses for each job and for each grade.

Modules dedicated to the acquisition of technical skills are offered throughout the year.

For the soft-skills dimension, we invite associates to meet every year for a seminar dedicated to their level of seniority.
