Eight Advisory supported Waterland on its investment in Sofyne Active Technology
Eight Advisory provided financial, tax, legal and social due diligence services to Waterland for the primary LBO of Sofyne Active Technology.
Founded in Lyon in 2005, Sofyne Active Technology is a leading consulting firm specialising in digital transformation in industry. With a geographical presence throughout Europe (France, Switzerland, the UK, Portugal and Poland), the company uses its expertise, particularly in the integration of industrial data management software, both PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems / Operation Management), to support its customers from various sectors (luxury goods, automotive, energy, etc.) in their transformation towards Industry 4.0 concepts.
Sofyne Active Technology receives support from Waterland for its first LBO. The partnership formed with the company’s management, under the aegis of its founding chairman Stéphane Lusoli, will drive the development of Sofyne Active Technology through organic growth projects and external growth opportunities.
