Eight Advisory supports ielo in the acquisition of Quantic
The consulting firm Eight Advisory is supporting ielo, a neutral and independent operator of national high-speed infrastructure for businesses, in its acquisition of Quantic Telecom, a dedicated fibre optic operator.
In particular, this operation will allow ielo to strengthen its territorial presence by unifying FttO networks, with the renewed confidence of DIF Capital Partners, a European infrastructure fund that acquired a stake in ielo in 2020.

Thanks to this acquisition, which is part of ielo’s organic growth strategy and global development, the company consolidates its position as a major player in the market for specialised fibre optic cables. It strengthens its presence in Normandy and uses the
FttO networks to offer high-quality connectivity services.
Quantic Telecom joins ielo with the aim of jointly developing, together with ielo’s teams, a neutral, high-performance telecommunications infrastructure offering focused exclusively on infrastructure for operators.
