Created in 1965, Sepur is a French company specialized in waste collection and sorting. It is the largest player in municipal waste collection in France. Sepur serves about 220 municipalities with more than 30 agencies, 1,700 vehicles and 3,200 FTEs.
Cube Infrastructure Managers is an independent Luxembourg-based management company. It is a leading European investor in the medium-sized infrastructure sector.
This transaction will allow Sepur to continue its growth and geographic expansion in the French market.
