Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Avocats conducted the financial and tax due diligence of Carso on behalf of Archimed

Founded in 1992, Carso is a leader in France in the field of analytical services in the environmental sector, drinking water quality test, the food industry, the construction sector (asbestos detection), as well as in the pharmaceutical sector. Carso is impanted in about thirty sites in France and about ten abroad (mainly in Spain and Italy).

ArchiMed is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industries. Its mix of operational, medical, scientific and financial expertise allows the ArchiMed team to serve as both a strategic and financial partner to European and North American small and middle-market enterprises.

This acquisition is expected to double the group’s current annual revenues of more than 200 million euros.
