Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Avocats conducted the financial and tax due diligence of Colisweb on behalf of ID Logistics

Colisweb is a French specialist created in 2013 which offers a tailor-made logistics service for the last mile. Present throughout France, it has a network of 1,500 delivery drivers who deliver any product within an average of 53 minutes or by appointment.

Created in 2001, ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group. ID Logistics manages 340 sites in 17 countries representing 6 million m² operated in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, with 21,500 employees. With a customer portfolio balanced between distribution, industry, healthcare and e-commerce, ID Logistics is characterized by offers involving a high level of technology.

This acquisition will allow ID Logistics to enrich its offer for distributors and e-retailers on the last mile delivery and Colisweb to develop in France and Europe.
