Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Avocats carried out the financial and tax Due Diligence of Ecometering for OCEA Smart Building in the context of its acquisition
Ecometering, launched by GDF in 1996, is the 5th largest player in sub-metering in France, with nearly 55,000 homes equipped with domestic hot water and heating sub-meters. The group specializes in the control and reduction of gas consumption by collective boilers in apartment buildings.
OCEA Smart Building is a service company that enables managers of large buildings to optimize and control their fluid consumption (water, gas and electricity) via metering and sub-metering solutions. The group has a network of 27 agencies throughout France.
This acquisition will allow OCEA Smart Building to establish itself as a major player in the ecological transition.
