FFP is a long-term investment company, listed and majority owned by Établissements Peugeot Frères. Based on its industrial experience, the company has developed an investment activity in diversified assets, consisting of direct minority stakes, private equity vehicles, co-investments and real estate.

Founded in 1985, International SOS provides medical and security prevention, access to healthcare and emergency response services to international companies and government organizations. The company is present in 85 countries, has 10,000 healthcare experts and has sales of $1.2 billion in 2020.

This transaction will allow International SOS to continue its development and consolidate its unique positioning in the field of health and safety. FFP will participate in the governance of the company as a long-term active minority investor.
