Eight Advisory advised Orange on the creation of Orange Concessions
Eight Advisory has been mandated to assist Orange in the creation of Orange Concessions, in exclusive agreement with Banque des Territoires, CNP Assurances and EDF Invest, which will acquire 50% of the capital and co-control this new entity.
Orange has therefore created Orange Concessions, this subsidiary aims to support the development of fibre in rural zones while enhancing the value of its infrastructures.
With 23 public initiative networks (RIP) representing more than 4.5 million FTTH outlets built or to be built, Orange Concessions will be the leading operator in France for fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) networks.
The transaction values this new subsidiary at €2.675 billion.
