Eight Advisory performed the financial and tax buy-side due diligence of Axel Arigato in the context of its acquisition by Eurazeo
Eight Advisory has been mandated by Eurazeo to carry out the financial and tax buy-side due diligence of Axel Arigato.
Axel Arigato is a Swedish clothing brand specialized in high-end sneakers and streetwear. It is distributed primarily on the web, through its website, but has six points of sale in Europe through partnerships with department stores such as Le Bon Marché in Paris and Harrod’s in London.
Eurazeo Brands, Eurazeo’s investment arm specializing in strong brands, is investing 56 million euros in the brand. It will hold a majority stake in the company, alongside Max Svärdh and Albin Johansson, founding directors. Eurazeo Brands will support the company in its growth, particularly in Europe.
