Eight Advisory carries out the financial and tax vendor due diligence of Questel
Eight Advisory has been mandated by IK Investment Partners, RAISE Investissement and the Questel management team to perform the financial and tax vendor due diligence of Questel in connection with Eurazeo Capital's investment in the company.
Questel was founded in 1978, originally as a subsidiary of Orange S.A., formerly France Telecom S.A. In 2001, it separated from France Telecom and focused its activities exclusively on intellectual property. With offices in Europe, the United States and Asia, Questel is a leading provider of SaaS software and value-added services dedicated to patents and trademarks.
