Talan mandated Eight Advisory to perform the financial and tax due diligence of Ai3.

Ai3 is a French company specializing in supporting changes in work methods in the digital age. It is currently Microsoft’s main partner in France and has nearly 300 certified experts.

Talan, an international player in supporting companies in their transformation, intends to become a benchmark player in cloud and modern workplace solutions.

The arrival of Ai3 within the Talan Group will create synergies and develop the offer throughout France. This merger also allows Talan to continue to develop its “modern workplace” strategy which aims to positively transform organizations through a resolutely digital approach.
