Eight Advisory assists IK Investment Partners in the context of the sale of Colisée to the Swedish fund EQT Partners

IK Investment Partners has mandated Eight Advisory to carry out the Financial and Tax Vendor Due Diligence in the context of the sale of Colisée to the Swedish fund EQT Partners.

With more than 270 establishments in France, Belgium, Spain and Italy, Colisée is a European player and consolidator in the Nursing Home and Home Care sector.

Since IK acquired a stake in 2017, the company has experienced very strong growth, notably extending its presence in Spain and Belgium with the transforming acquisition of Armonea in 2019, another key player in the market.

Colisée is now the fourth largest European player in the sector, with nearly 25,000 residents and 16,000 employees.

Eight Advisory carried out the Financial Vendor Due Diligence, the team was composed of Pascal Raidron, Katia Wagner, Adrien de la Bouillerie and Noémie Picaud.

Eight Advisory Avocats performed the Tax Vendor Due Diligence, the team was composed of Guillaume Rembry, Guillaume Exerjean, Pierre-Emmanuel Floc’h and Jérémy Cosma.

Eight Advisory’s Capital Market team, composed of Myriam Montillot and Irina Zyuzina, was involved in the preparation of specific proforma accounts for the needs of the transaction.
