Eight Advisory performs the financial and tax due diligence and financial and tax modelling work of Technique Solaire Group on behalf of Bpifrance and the Crédit Agricole Group

Bpifrance and the Crédit Agricole Group mandated Eight Advisory to perform the financial and tax due diligences and the financial and tax modelling work of Technique Solaire Group.

The Technique Solaire Group specialises in the development, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy production units (solar and methanisation) in France and also internationally. The group has 80 employees and 61 subsidiaries.

Bpifrance and the Crédit Agricole Group, historical shareholders, are taking part in a new fund-raising campaign on behalf of the Technique Solaire Group for a cumulative amount of 25 million euros. This operation should enable Technique Solaire Group to hold 1 GWp operational at the end of 2024.

After a first round of financing in 2017, and in a context where the objectives were achieved a year ahead of schedule, the historical investors Bpifrance, via its fund dedicated to the energy and ecological transition (FIEE), and Crédit Agricole Touraine Poitou have renewed their confidence in the Group to enable it to finance its development until the end of 2024.

Eight Advisory performed the financial due diligence and the financial modelling work. The team was composed of Lionnel Gérard, Guillaume Catoire, Erwann Huon de Kermadec and Hamza Mernissi.

Eight Advisory Tax performed the tax due diligence and the tax modelling work, the team was composed of Guillaume Rembry, Kevin Peau and Jérémy Cosma.
