Eight Advisory carries out the financial and tax due diligence and the review of the financial model for Ielo

Eight Advisory carried out the financial and tax due diligence and the review of the financial model in the context of DIF Capital Partners’ acquisition of stake in Ielo.

Ielo, a major player in optical fiber networks for companies, is making its first capital opening by joining forces with DIF Capital Partners, a Dutch infrastructure fund, already present in Paris, which is taking a minority stake in the capital.

This transaction is a major step forward in the ambitious €160 million investment plan over the next five years (out of which €90 million over the next two years) initiated by Ielo, which is betting on a wider opening of the corporate telecoms market in the coming years.

Eight Advisory worked on the financial due diligence and on the review of the financial model, the team was composed of Lionnel Gérard, Sébastien Smercan and Erwann Huon de Kermadec.
