Eight Advisory supported Eurazeo on its investment in Ex Nihilo
Eight Advisory provided financial and tax due diligence to Eurazeo Brands in support of its investment in Ex Nihilo. The transaction will enable the Paris-based perfume manufacturer to strengthen its geographic expansion strategy and continue its growth.
Ex Nihilo was founded ten years ago and achieved a turnover of over 50 million euros in 2023 with an omnichannel strategy (shops and online). Thanks to the financial and operational support of Eurazeo Brands, the creators of the Parisian perfume house (who have become majority shareholders) can continue their development across their distribution channels and internationally.
For Eurazeo Brands, this opportunity reflects a desire to invest on the fragrance market and make acquisitions in the beauty sector.
