Crédit Mutuel Capital Privé, a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Equity, has just created Siloé Infrastructures, its first investment fund dedicated to infrastructure with a capital of €500 million. Siloé Infrastructures' mission is to support the development of territories in three main areas of public interest: the ecological and energy transition, the demographic transition requiring infrastructure modernization, and the digital transition at the heart of innovation issues. This investment policy is in line with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale's long-term vision and territorial roots. With a strategy mainly focused on France, the size of investments is between €10m and €50m.

Created in 2018, Banque des Territoires is one of the five business lines of Caisse des Dépôts. It brings together in a single structure the internal expertise for the territories. As a single point of entry for customers, it offers tailored advisory and financing solutions for loans and investments to meet the needs of local authorities, social housing bodies, local public companies and the legal professions. It is aimed at all regions, from rural areas to metropolitan areas, with the ambition of fighting social inequalities and territorial divides. Banque des Territoires is deployed in the 16 regional divisions and 35 territorial offices of Caisse des Dépôts in order to be better identified with its clients and to be as close as possible to them.

Amundi Transition Energétique A subsidiary of Amundi, Amundi Transition Energétique (ATE) is a company that manages infrastructure assets linked to the energy transition. The company, founded by three partners, Philippe Benaroya, Alban de La Selle and Gilles Lengaigne, as part of a strategic partnership with the Generali Group, manages nearly €3 billion in assets. Its investment strategies are based on the strength, resilience and exceptional potential of infrastructure to contribute to sustainable development in order to generate long-term, stable and sustainable returns. Its philosophy is resolutely focused on responsible and positive impact investments, reconciling financial and non-financial performance.
